The grapes are manually harvested on hillside vineyards in the Northern Rhône Valley. Only indigenous yeast is used for all wines during the fermentation period. Punchdowns and pumpovers are limited to extract as softly as possible. The earliest wines are released after 13 months of aging, while the latest are bottled on average at 17 months.
